Awaken Retreat instructors will help guests set fitness goals and develop a plan to achieve them. Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga in a geothermal spring crater, daily Pilates reformer classes, weightless aerial yoga, graceful barre classes, and adrenaline-boosting trail runs.
